fallen paladins quest?

i received a quest from Sir Ryan Trawl from the Radiant Heart. Where are the paladins?

The fallen paladins are in the bridge district, near the middles to north east area, a large back alley.

There are numerous threads about this topic around the place. However the fallen paladins can be found in the bridge district, just east of the northern gate.

They are in the bridge district, just right of where you enter (the right upper corner of the map)
