Ok, so, I'd like my party to be all evil. Due to my general playing strategy, I organize my parties like this:
1.Me (Usually Multi-Classed)
2 & 3: Tanks, to help in the upfront fighting
4.Rogue (hopefully will some fighting skills) to take care of the traps and locks
5.Priest, so we have access to all those priest spells
6.Wizard, so we have access to all those mage spells and to be able to use scrolls and wands
So, I figured my party should go something along the lines of:
1.Me
2.Sarevok (in ToB), as I heard he's a tank
3.Korgan Bloodaxe, heard he's one of the strongest fighters in the game
4.??
5.Viconia, single-class priest and evil (who'd be my romance, if she'll romance a guy who's been temporarily turned into a girl)
6.Edwin, only single-classed wizard in the game, and gets extra spells
So, I need an evil rogue. As it is, I'll have to settle for a neutral one, but I'd really like it to be evil, so if anyone knows of any mods out there that add evil rogues as NPCs, let me know please.

The Darkest Day adds a lawful evil assassin ( URL). It's a rather large mod which includes many many new thingies...
(BTW: That's the same problem I had. No evil rouge in Baldur's Gate 2...in a town controlled by the Shadow Thieves.
