In the Terfon Wants More Followers, i get the scrolls and one of my chara can use the heal scroll, but it doesn't work on Bing. It says "Use Magic Device: Emulate Ability Score Failed. Ho do i make it work???

That is officially weird. I've never even seen a failure message like that one. There's 1 guaranteed (probably) solution, though, and a 2nd that may or may not be helpfull.
1. Use the POTION of heal (it's yellow, and you find it in the same bookshelf as the heal scroll) instead of the SCROLL of heal. Any character can use a potion.
2. Make sure that the character using the scroll is a cleric.
