Upgrades from Suvam

I got 2 questions:

1. How do I get the saber upgrades from Suvam. I cant buy them from him.

2. If you get as dark as possible you get a +8 on your doublebladed saber attacks. What do you get if you get as light as possible?

P.S. Got the PC version.
