Does anyone know the level of use magic device necessary to cast 9th level sorceror/wizard scrolls when you have no levels in either?

Well if the difficulty of the game is set to hardcore the DC is 25 + the level of the spell. So if you want to cast lvl 9 spells 100% of the time you need 33 in UMD.
