Lost item...re-spawning help..?

I'm sooooo mad!! I somehow dropped my Spear +6 that I paid 75000gp to upgrade to have Level drain on it!! I don't feel like retracing my steps to go find it, seeing as I have no idea where or how I lost it.

Anyone have a list of items where I could find the code and respawn it?

Well - you can't find the spear after you upgraded it. (Unless you can refind it)
I think that would requier you to make a new weapon in the toolset, and get that into the game.

Instead, you could however spawn in the base spear you got upgraded, and the gold you payed for it, and then get it upgraded again.
The item tag for the spear can be found via the toolset, and spawned in using the console command "dm_spawnitem".

If you wish help with this, then I can find the spear for you (if you tell which one it is), and post the tag for you?

Thanks, but no need. I went back to an old save to back track and for a few other reasons, and in the game I went back to, I still had the Spear. What happened was that I had an "absolutely to the max full" inventory, so I must've changed weapons at some point (using a much smaller Mace +4) and my inventory didn't have room for the Spear. I wasn't paying atention and hence, didn't see the note about losing it.
