imprisoned one crash

when i put the finla key in to open up the seal on the imprisoned one teh text comes up explainign that i will have to defeat the guardians but the panels dont come back and i cant bring them back, nothing happens or spawns or naything i just stand there lookign aorund and i cnat do anything exept quit. i installed the latest patch and bigfix thingy but it sitll does it
