Hi all,
it's my second time through, and I'm stuck at the very end of the game. I finished the Cania quests and am about to leave the Reaper's dimension for my final encounter with the Big M. When I step through the door, I see a cutscene from Waterdeep where soldiers are fighting the undead army; next I return through a pillar of fire, Durnan(?) turns left to face me - and that's it. The soldiers keep fighting, the mages keep shooting Magic Missiles and Fireballs into the fray, but the conversation does not start and Mephistopheles does not show up.
I'm using 1.62; I restarted the game and the computer several times, but as soon as I get into the cutscene I'm stuck. On my first time through I had no problem at all at this point.
Any help with this problem is highly welcome.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game? It may be a corrupt file somewhere, if that does'nt work then maybe your savegame file is corrupted. Other than that I can't think of anything else.
