There is an ash slave walking bottom of sea somewhere between <isle with aharunartus cave and Sarys tomb> and <shipwreck by estuary> near Seyda Neen in my game. I wanted to ask if it is alright.(what I consider a spoiler should be black)

I think he means that he wants to know if it should be there, or if it's some coding issue. Can't say I've seen it, but if you've got the latest patch from Bethesda, I'd assume it should be there.
