could someone tell me where to find that armor... i know that i have played game trhough few timesa and i habe got that armor but it seams that i just got it some random loot and i dont know where... so please could you tell me where to find that armor...

I can understand that SYM forum.. mentally 6 year old people is just running around with scissors on their hand.

ive never seen that before, either i missed it in a shop or its just from some random loot i deemed unimportant

It's in the severed hand fortress in the room with the hostile guards that tell you to leave and if you don't they attack and bring in all the nearby gurards. I think it's level 3. Anyway it's in one of the chests near the Thayvian Mage.
