You can buy one in Saradush(Sp) from the mage library (Arcana something)

I believe you can also win one from demon on lvl 3 of WK...

Since the spell is ToB vintage, I bet you can only find it there. I found only 2 copies, one in WK, and off of Lazarus. I waited a day to post here, since there are so many out there with more knowledge about it than me - but there you go

I have only found one. It is at the arcana archives and you buy it from Lazarus Librarus. I Hope you find another one because I want both Aerie and Imoen to have it.
