Yes. The game is unable to blind you when they are already on, so you put them on while a temporary resist magicka is at 100%, and you will see fine. When the resist magicka wears off you will still be able to see fully, despite still wearing the boots

That's what he's been saying. Just as long as you don't take off the boots after consuming the potions, you'll continue to see. It's a flaw in the code. The smelliest kind of cheese.
