are there any items that resist magika 100 or 75 percent I need it for the boots

Just take five potions of exclusive resist magicka then put them on.

Yeah, the resist wears off, but you can still see perfectly with the boots on after it has done so.

No, I'm right, I promise you, I've done it myself, you will NOT become blind when the potions wear off. Trust me, if you still don't believe me, try it yourself.

Yes. The game is unable to blind you when they are already on, so you put them on while a temporary resist magicka is at 100%, and you will see fine. When the resist magicka wears off you will still be able to see fully, despite still wearing the boots

That's what he's been saying. Just as long as you don't take off the boots after consuming the potions, you'll continue to see. It's a flaw in the code. The smelliest kind of cheese.
