I have the 3rd edition core books and am trying to learn how to play DnD but i have problems!
I can only play for 3hrs at a time and have no time to create Dm stuff.
I am the only person in my School who has any rulebooks so i have no one to ask advice from.
And when i get players (and if they turn up) i can never get them to understand anything or stay on topic!
Plllzzz help me... im begining to lose my hope that i could play DnD!!

Well, you should look for players where they are.
Look for players in the bookstores where you bought your d&d books or go to read d&d (fantasy) stores. Ask around there, talk to the store owner, hang up post it's where you state that you look for players.
Filter the right player out of the people you already tried to play with. If they aren't really interessted, then don't bother.
You should make time to play d&d. Like any hobby, it doesn't work if you don't make time for it. Pick a game night every week.
There are free quests online and you can buy them at stores, so no need to prepare all of it. But if you are a DM, it will take time to prepare anyway. Be prepared, otherwise players will loose interest.

Do what Rob-hin said and find PCs that actually want to learn and play the game. Also if you need help on anything just ask the people here...they helped me with almost all of my problems with the game. Thnx guys.
So I offer you respect, and it will take much for you to lose it. But if you do, if you choose to see it as weakness and seize upon your perceived advantage, well...perhaps I'll then let you talk with Guenhwyvar.

Dont play with anyone who disagrees with you, or dosent want to learn, Do what Rob-Hin, look for new people who actualy know what their dooing or are willing to learn how to play, you wont have any fun trying to D&D when every 2 minutes someone is asking you about some rule they dont understand after you explained it for the 5th time.
Creativity is all, and creativity is imagination, if people are getting distracted from the story or the game, then its more then usualy that their not interested in it,find those who are interesting or D&D will get really boring really fast, oh and talk to people and form "House Rules" which are modifications or additions to the actual D&D rules, this helps people to stay away from the annoying parts of the game which they dont like, for example i played in D&D campainings that didnt require players to buy and pack food, didnt allow attacks of opertunity by either players or monsters, and didnt ask for spell components, where the rules bent? yes was it fun? oh yeah.

Ya that can be a problem with people you play with not understanding. If you live in a small community like me, you may be stuck playing with them. A good way to get them to learn dnd is to get them to read books like many in the Forgotten Relms series. If you dont have a place to get more books or if you dont want to spend the money, you can copy pages of any of the books for the other players to read.
I use emotion for the many and reserve reason for the few.
