Anyone know where it is? It's not in Gamebanshee's list.

Its not in the game, its still a valid item but, like the sylvian mail, its not possible to get it, unless you clua in or shadow keep it.
- Waterdeep city constrution.

- Shadowdale low level adventure module.

- Rashmare /Thay high level adventure module.
