Dumb Question

I'm currently playing with the Item Upgrade Mod... Some of the components that are required are scrolls, and it asks for "Green" scrolls of protection... Now, I'm color blind... Are the green ones the ones everyone can cast, or are they the ones you can add to your spellbook?

Yes, green scrolls are the ones everybody can cast
