My current party is going to have a Cleric of Pelor and a Sorcerer evoker in it,both of which can take the feat, but which is more capable spellwise of making enchantments? Or should i replace the Sorcerer with a Wizard since they have more spell selection?
Also, what is everyone's favorite party setup?
Who should i give the CMA & A feat to?

no help on the first part ofyour post, and i haven't finished the game yet, but i used the following points to make a party
p1)tracking seems useless, but survival is important for wandering monsters.
p2)you don't NEED a sneaky character, but someone with good people skills is important.
p3)you must ahve a cleric
p4)you don't absolutley need a mage at low levels
p5)you want as many heavy melee types as possible
so, i made the following characters (ng party)
c1, from p1- a 1/2 orc barbarian with hi wis and 20str. after 1st, he goes ftr. he starts with great hp and movement, but changing to ftr gives more feats. keep pumping up survival even though it is cross class
c2, from p2- elf rogue (half elf has better people skills, but i like the extra dex) needs hi int and dex and good evrything else, as she will be your 'generalist' character. skip the sneaky skills but take bluff, sense motive, intimidate, diplomacy, appraise and spot. as a feat- point blank shot. after 1st, she takes a level in ftr with the precise shot feat, so she can be your archer. after that, it is wiz all the way. sure, at 5th level she is only wiz 3, but can use a the plus 1 longbow quite well and has good hp.
c3, from p3 and 5- 1/2 orc war cleric of heironeous. weapon focus ls to start? he is just about as good as a regular fighter and can cast healing, aid, bull str, etc.
c4- 1/2 orc fighter. the plus 2 strength is better than an extra feat
c5- human fighter. but having an extra feat at first is great. give the fighters cleave at first opportunity! and hack hack hack away.
