use for items?

I have a list of items that i wanted to know how i could use them. they all have texts hinting to their use and i originally thought cespenar would have use for them but he seems not to notice. the list is at follows:

Skull of the Lich
Liquid Mercury
Baalors Claw
Eye of Tyr
Heart of the Damned

any help would be much appreciated

Baalor's Claw - Loot from Brennan the Fire Giant on the second floor of Yaga-Shura's lair
5,000 Gold Pieces

Carsomyr +6:
Carsomyr +5 - Loot from Firkraag the red dragon on the third floor of the Windspear Hills dungeon
Eye of Tyr - Loot from Odamaron the lich in Sendai's Enclave
5,000 Gold Pieces
Gram the Sword of Grief +5:
Gram the Sword of Grief - Loot from Abazigal in his lair
Heart of the Damned - Loot from Odamaron the lich in Sendai's Enclave
5,000 Gold Pieces

It's always best to keep gems that have special names (not like "onyx gem" or "jade"), they may come in handy later! Same goes for the mercury.

If i remember correctly, the Skull of the Lich is used to upgrade Spectral Brand (a scimitar, can be won from the demon Aesgareth on the 3th floor of Watchers Keep via a deck of many things), the Liquid Mercury is used to upgrade Angurvadal (loot from githyanki captain on 4th floor of WK) and the Eye of Tyr can also be used to upgrade the Purifier (found in a pillar on the 3th floor of WK, must be paladin or lawful good to get)

Edit: the Heart of the Damned can also be used to upgrade the Short Sword of the Mask, bought from Sister Garlena on the top of WK
