Where is Velanda Omani?!

Ahhhhhh, why did they have to make finding stuff in this game so fricken hard. I mean couldn't they at least give you directions if something or someone is remotely hard to find, they did it for a few things and it really helped. So, where is Velanda Omani, the Hlaalu Council person.

Oh and fable when I edited the thread I made I changed the entire subject of that thread, instead of making a new thread, so I am sorry for "bumping" the thread to the top......

get a copy of the yellow book or something or other. you should have been given one when you started your hortator quest in house hlaalu. it names and gives locations of every councilor.
note: the red and brown books are the same, only for redoran and telvanni

off the top of my head i think you should try a little manor east of vivec on elmas island. its not labeled that on the map, but its the only big island there. kinda looks more like a penisula.

you might also want to look in any major cities that are nearby, there are usually severel hiallu ppl in each city, and they didnt make the game hard, they made it challenging, so when you succeed it feels like you are good

Yeah, Velanda Omani's place is "just" outside Vivec. Quite a walk southeast though, just follow the path from the bridge out of Vivec, Telvanni compound.
but it won't be over when you find her!!!
