welcome to the forums...there are other posts with this question...try the search engine.

having said that, you have to talk the mage in ebonhearts grand council chambers. she will transport you there. to find her, talk to a guard after being attacked by the assassins (at lvl 7 i think) he'll tell you to talk to a guy in ebonheart. hes walking around just outside the grand council chambers. after speaking to him he'll direct you to the mage inside.

Like Fable said in another thread, if you don't want to use the search function you could at least read the first page. There is at least one Mournhold thread there.

And it would be better to maybe see this page first? I mean, as long as you're in this site...
