Has anyone ever had the glitch of certain creatures not dying?? I noticed this last time through. Somewhere with beholders, (could be cult of the unseeing eye), but there was this little one I think it was a gas spore or something but it never died no matter what I did to it.
I noticed this last night too, there was a Troll at the PlanerSphere powercore. I know they regenerate but I used fire on him and he still would not die.
Stay Dead Dam-You!!

I've had the same problem, if I remember correctly, they die after you kill them the second time.
The way they did it on mine, they would die, and the falling animation would play, the experience go to me, however, suddenly the enemy would be standing back, give me a little bit of dialogue, then attack. But by this time, he was fully dead.. it was some kind of miner boss. Rather annoying bug.

For sure I dropped the troll like 10 times and laid into him with fire arrows. I think it was that bug.
Meow, you said you got the Exp.. I don't know if I did or not. Since I now control the planer sphere I would assume its gone now?
Any other instances people find feel free to post, like I said I found that beholder once. I think it was neatral towards me but the troll definately was not.

Spoilerish:
The Greater Wolfwere in Windspear hills is also known to be quite an impossible kill. This, however, is due to the fact that it has a known bug which makes it regenerate incredibly fast. Luckily with the appropriate patch it can be fixed. This does seem to be only creature in SOA that has this bug, but correct me if I'm wrong and more creatures suffer from this annoying bug. (remember it nog going down no matter what I did, taking some damage in rounds not even being funny while its tag kept saying barely injured ) With trolls, as mentioned previously, the animation of them falling down has to be finished in order for it to stay down. So if you're hitting it with a couple of fighters, consider letting just one finish the job as soon as the troll is near death. It is quite tough if you have to fight this continuously respawning troll. If you still have problems, as 'baldursgate fan' mentioned before, you can use ctrl + y to kill nearly every enemy (exception of some which are resistant to the damage)(if you have CLUAConsole!). However, do keep in mind that this will not reward you any XP for the kill (this might come in handy though every now and then if you are quite high in level and you keep getting attacked by kobolds or such, which I find incredibly annoying, so you can just keep going)

Gaining Wisdom Through Actions And Age
hahah, I remember that greater wereworlf, I loaded about 3 times, in the end I just nuked him with all 4 of my mages and warriors used special attacks... it just had to be insta kill. That was good fun.
However, atleast the bug I remember having, was the monster dieing, then reapearing, as if I did "CluaConsoleCreateCreature("blabla")" if only I could remember who/what it was.
