Trying to ZZZZ in this area to fight the adventurers.
This game is going to keep me from buying the Diablo 2 Expansion Pack! Just wish I had MORE TIME to play.

Two .. Both are close to each other. One has the group up stairs you can fight. The other is full of snobs.

Just as Weasel posted there are two of them....both are north of the circus tent and next to each other...

Mithrest Inn : Offers accomodation, full of snobs, noblemen and wealthy merchants....

Den of the Seven Vales : Offers accomodation, weak selection of beverages...(and the house entertainer Alatelo de Bonito isn't much to speak about).....on the upper floor you will find Mencar Pebblecrusher and his neutral adventurers. This is a very hard fight for a low-level party....
