Quick question
Is the "Game of the Year Edition" the most updated version with the latest patches and updates? And will that contain any of the mods listed above, or do they have to be downloaded from a particular website? Thanks in advance!

No user-made mods are included with any version of the game, and I don't think in GOTY includes Bethsoft's own mods. If your game copy comes with an update option, use that to access the Web; it will find the latest patches. If not, go to Bethsoft's own site, and see if the latest patch post-dates the files on your install. My guess is that it does, but it never hurts to be sure.
