Deus Ex Walkthrough

Post by Applebrown »

For Deus Ex fans, we're in the process of building a Deus Ex site. Even though the game is four years old, it remains (at least in my opinion) state of the art in a number of ways, and above all, is one of the best games ever made. So it's worthy of having its own site, and that means walkthrough.

I'm a little over halfway done with the walkthrough now (probably more or even done by the time you read this) and I wanted to give you the link to it now in case you're interested in following along. It's comprehensive with maps and secrets, yet obviously will not show everything or every path you can take.

I take the stealth/sniper/hacker approach in the walkthrough.

Here it is: Deus Ex GameBanshee walkthrough

Cheers Applebrown.

Deus Ex is one of my favourite games also.
I'm sure I'll find stuff I've missed in your walk through.

I didn't think there was any other way of doing it other than stealth sniper mode. Certainly at the end with those mega hard MJ12 dudes.

Uh, I always played the commando route. I mean, yeah, I loved hacking as much as the next guy, but give me my upgraded assault rifle and I'll take out anything.

PS. You should just link this as the walkthrough. http://www.it-he.org/deus.htm

Nice walkthrough but not how I play. This one pretty much takes a completely different style (more detailed yet hopefully easy to read) and has maps to boot.

I know, but the one I linked is damn fun to read. I think When I play again, I'm going to use that walkthrough. Unfortunately, it gets less and less detailed as time goes on.
