I just noticed a thread called, 'Is there a football thread yet?'

I read it and wondered well, is there a football thread yet? You know about the game where the point is to be the best team at kicking the ball with your feet!

The English teams have got off to a good start in the Champions League. Real got murdered the other night. Arsenal have kicked off their Premiership campaign in sickening/amazing fashion depending on your allegiances. Lyon are starting where they left off in France. It looks like the Italian teams are coming back into contention after their years in the wilderness.

Anyone else interested the footy?
