TOSC running problem

I have DVD version of Baldurs Gate and completed 5 chapters with it. Today i brought TOSC installed it with no problems also applied latest patch(the one on the downloads sections of gamebanshee). But when when i try to run the game it says "baldurs gate will only on English operating system" or something like that. (Also tried without patch but still same message). My OS is Windows Xp Pro (SP1) "English". Tryed change Regional settings but it didint work also

another bad is that goddamn game converted my savegames to TOSC format so i cannot return my game.

Help me

First problem: I had that to (Dutch XP Home) after installing Baldurdash and stuff. I reinstalled the official ToSC patch, which fixed it.

hmm i have installed all patches from baldurdash.org and then applied latest patch still gives same damn error. by the way the error say exactly "This version will only run on English language operating systems"

As i said before my windws Xp pro is already english and Baldurs gate without expansion was working fine.
