Max attacks

Just a question on how multiple attacks stack.

Lets say I have a character with base attack 21/16/11/6/1 so he strikes 5 times in a round.

1. If he's Hasted, does he still get an extra attack? There's a max. number of attacks cap of 5/round in the game, so if he does get an extra attack does it apply at his highest BAB? Does this mean he now attacks at 21/21/16/11/6?

2. If he dual wields his off hand attack is at his highest BAB (less the -2 penalty), so this gives him 21/16/11/6/21?

3. What if he's hasted and Dual Wielding?

4. What if he's Hasted, Dual Wielding, and one of his weapons gives him an extra attack (short Sword of Flurry, Longsword of Speed +1 etc.)?

you can do maxium 5 attacks in combat turn... no more but little bit less is posible too...

I think you can't get more attacks then the max. allowed. Only the highest bonus will apply.

5 attacks/round is the absolute maximum.

if you are duel-weilding, you get 4+1, even if your base is 21/16/11/6/1 or better. so the tradeoff is: 21/16/11/6/1 - all with main hand, or 21/16/11/6 with main hand, 21 off-hand - so it really depends on your weapons, shield, etc

same goes for haste, extra attack from an item, rapid shot - 5 attacks is the maximum
