My asthma has on occasion leff me fairly immobile for more than a month at a time. The last time that happened, about three years ago, I ballooned up to 175 (from my usual 152-156), I went on a diet of vegetable soup once a day, and all the water I could drink.
Got it down appropriately in 3 weeks.
As for staying on topic--
