Best Enchantments?

What do you believe are the most valuable enchantments to be put on your items for constant effect? Please answer and dicuss why you believe this enchantment is useful because I am trying to decide on what to enchant my items with once I aquire enough gold.

restore health/fatigue, have enough for both and your pretty much immortal. I went toe to toe with almalexia and didn't even have to bother to dodge her spells..

Fortify strength, not only can you carry more, you hit harder, everything except the gods die with about 3 blows max..
