Whoever Understands Im/Exporting characters (Plz Help)

I have a problem (BUG) with Valygar. I have posted this question here, like this, with this subject, in attempt to draw people knowledgeable about importing and exporting characters. I do this because this may yield a possible solution to my problem with Valygar. The problem is discussed in this post:

Please see my idea for a possible solution, involving importing/exporting, described in the last paragraph of the 8th thread/post on the subject (StormBringer Thread). I don't know if it's possible, because I've never messed with the importing/exporting before, but it sounds like it could be possible....for someone who understands the process. Maybe not....just searching for help. Thanks.

To my knowledge, it is only possible to export/import PCs, and not the NPCs.

When trying the ShadowKeeper, did you raise Valygar's XP and then level him up as usual in the game? (Cause I'm rather sure it wouldn't work if you changed his level with SK.)

Astafas...yes, I tried it both ways. No help. Also, Kevin D. responded to my original 'Valygar' Post, and he says he recreated it with every form of Valygar...confirming the BUG as linked with the Death and ressurection. Most likely not linked at all with levelling up.
