Help With Westin

Ive been given the job to kill westin and make it look accidental by bishop in new reno. I know im not supposed to do this act untill i have completed the jobs westin gives me but i cannot seem to be able to talk to him. I have defeated the raiders but have not been given a holodisk from lynett to give to westin as it says so in a walkthrough i have. I have also read that you're supposed to take a holodisk from bishops safe and give it to lynett but i havent been able to access his save (the trap on the lock keeps blowing up and alerting the guard). If someone could shed some light on this or tell me where ive gone wrong i'd be very gratefull

i posted most of this answer in the other ques you had but either way,unless maybe you have a high speech or charisma, you will have to fight the guards on the way out after you get in the safe. i have 4 charisma and prob only 20% speech when i did this, so i had to slaughter every one in the whole casino to get out. hope this helps
