Needed info

I am new to vtm redemption and have one question i am just now almost done with the pertin hill monestary. i am not really having too many problems with the game as it seems rather straight forward. what my question is is that i have found several unidentified items and i need to know how i go about getting them identified so i can know what their uses are. any help in this area would be greatly appreaciated

You probably don't have the spell to identify objects yet, so what you need is a scroll of Spirit's Touch. If you're lucky, you'll find a few randomly on your travels, if not, just keep the unidentified objects in your inventory, and when you're done doing your thing, visit the Gipsy woman's shop in Golden Lane. There you can buy as much of those scrolls as you'd like.

thanks ledgend this is of great help. is there a place where you can find out what each of the spells do. i am really not sure and they only list the charge and wether or not it is for human or kindred.

Not sure if there's an ingame description, but i have a manual though, so if there's anything you'd like to know about a certain spell and what it does, feel free to post your question here, and i'll answer it for you.
