Dalekeeper 2 desperately need help! (poss spoiler)

Post by MageUk »

ok, right well i've recently had some probs with the whole Mandal Quest thing in Dragons Eye.

First of all Mandals body was not where it was supposed to be when I returned to give him his sword, so I restarted the whole level only to find that on the second try Mandals body was there but the bloody Modified Mandrake Root wasn't!!!!! no matter what I did it would not appear.

So now i've downloaded the Dalekeeper 2 thing and my question is how do I actually get the item to appear in the inventory??

I've taken the item I needed (in this case the root) and it told me that the item has been extracted and can be found in the override folder but now what? I saved the changes so now my saved game has the same name but edited is placed after it.

So I loaded up the edited version of my saved game only to discover that there is no root? so what happens now? I've never had problems with the game before so have had no need to use Dalekeeper 2.

could someone please help me out.... :(

I going to guestamate this since I've not used DaleKeeper2 in a while
But,
you go to your saved game in th einventory section, find an empty slot with no item and with free space available first, and then double clic the item you want. It should be there after.
Hope this helps

Open your char with DK. Find an epmty slot in your inventory, right click it, choose the item you want from the looong list (make sure that you pick the right item, the list seems to be endless), and then click the "Apply to XY's inventory" bar below. Now exit and save, and reload the game.
Up the IRONS!
