Using X-Box, I became a Vampire on purpose to do those quests. I chose the Quarra Clan. I completed the first quest and received the second quest without any problems. However, upon completing the second quest 'INGREDIENT HUNT" Volrine Quarra accepted all my items and gave me her special amulet as a reward, BUT when asking for a new quest she told me to do the SAME Ingredient Hunt quest again!
I had the same problem on my first try so on my second try--after a reload to an earlier save--I triple checked my items the second time and made sure all were in my inventory. And the same thing happened--she gave me her special amulet as a reward then asked me to do the quest I had just completed.
I looked up the next quest in the cheats section and saw that the next quest SHOULD have been "Kill 12 Vampires" from another clan. So I did that (killed 11 Aundae Clan Vampires and 10 Berne Clan Vampires) and hoped that when I came back with 21 vampire dusts that she would recognize my inventory and give me the proper quest and I could just hand her the vampire dusts or whatever she needed as proof. But that did not happen. She still wants me to do the "Ingredients Hunt". I really don't want to go out and find 5 Extravagent Sapphire Amulets again, or hunt down the other ingredients either.
Does anyone recognize this glitch? Is there any way around it? Or do I have to abandon my Vampire quests and go get healed?

My grandson and I have decided that there is no way out of this glitch. We gathered everything a second time (without reloading our earlier save..just a continuation) but then she would not even accept our stuff. We also noticed that our Journal shows that she DID give us the next quest of killing 12 Vampires of other clans (which we did) but she won't acknowledge that either.
One good thing did come of our second trial though. While we were raiding the Yasamsi Cave near Hla Oad looking for 3 more Extravagent Sapphire Amulets we needed, we picked up 17 more Grand Soul Gems!! We have abandoned Volrine and are completing the general Vampire quests still available to us.
