hi im pretty far in the game now but i just noticed i never went back to arthur after i saved carson and i just wanted to know where arthur is thanks.
and also does anyone know how to get in the foxy club or whatever its called cause its still locked for me

And to get inside the Foxy Boxes building you need to get a quest from Know the ghoul fan boi, he can be found inside the asylum after you finished all jeanette and therese quests (he won't give you this quest before that when he stands outside the hospital).
