Ming (Spoilers!)

I'm in the temple trying to kill Ming.
Here's my problem - I'm a Tremere with one bag of Elder left. It's not enough to do her in with Blood Strike. Purge doesn't have much effect. I'm about to try again with sneak and suicide. I mainly use melee with the katana and she damages me more than I damage her. My firearms ability is okay, but I haven't found a way to shoot her without her charging up to me and wiping me out while I reload the damn gun numerous times.
I do not have the flamethrower, and Tremere's do not have Celerity - so please don't suggest using them.

A side issue - IIRC - didn't you occasionally find a blood bag while doing missions in Redemption? It really irks me that I have never found a single one in this game, with the exception of in my havens.

Well, I have to update - Sneak, Firearms and Suicide worked. This feels kind of cheesy, but here's what I did. After she changed into that thing - I snuck behind her. I then used up most of my ammo, just shooting her repeatedly. Suicided her a couple of times and she went down. Never even saw me.
