Imprisonment Spell

Post by GC1CEO »

In the Beholder dungeon in the Underdark, one of the two Elder Orbs cast the Imprisonment spell on one of my characters (I use MP mode so I can use 6 custom characters) and imprisoned him. I have tried to use the Freedom spell, what it does is create a model that looks like my main character (but is transparent and won't speak to me) but when I put the cursor over it, it displays the right name and when I right click on it gives the correct sound set.

What am I to do ???

I had the same thing happen to me as well. I ended up just restoring a saved game and moving on. I fought the same elder orb and he imprisoned the same person again and I was able to cast freedom and move on just fine, so only thing I can think of is its a bug...

The Imprisonment always removes NPC from the party and it's necessary to join him/her again (i even cannot recall a single event it didn't happen). Worse of all if it's a NPC you're in romance (permanent end of romance) or/and with number of max. dismisses at the limit ((s)he goes away forever).
