Sith Base

I can't find the Sith Base. I'm at Upper City North where I thought it was, but it's not there. Can anyone help me find the base?

ok you know where you had to go down the elevator to the undercity where you had to wear the sitrh costume??????well when your going at it take a left and there will be a ship area and then a door all the way down that is the sith base but you cant get in without t3-m4 droid you get from the droid shop after you speak to candarous ok i hope i helped
