Where can I get the body armor?

I'm now dealing with the mission Hell at the Hotel Hallowbrook, and find Heather killed.
I heard I could get the body armor from her but actully do not know what to do.

When u return from the Society of Leopold quest, go directly to Heather(DO NOT go and report to LaCroix since this will make her dissappear).
She'll then talk about a dream and then give u the Body Armor afterwards.

Once u get the armor from her however, there will be no WAY to send her away so she'll be more or less doomed to die.

Then that means I can never get that armor unless I replay it from the beginning. Thanks

No probs, u could add it through the console. You know how to activate the console right?
