Bridge District:

Mrs. Cragmoon - sells all kinds of potions, found near the derelict house in the morning
Thief/fence - sells scrolls, found near the derelict house at night

Slums at night:

Thief/fence near Jan's place - sells some good ammo
Thief/fence next to Temple of Ilmater - sells some good weapons, including Martial Staff +3
