It may just be Gangrels that make that noise. My Tremere doesn't.
The sound that really drives me nuts, and it may just be my sound card or settings, is immediately when you stop moving there's one final footstep. Always one too many. At first, I thought some one was following me, then I realized it was just adding in an extra step for whoknowswhy.

that's actually a bug, the walking sound lags.
