My cleric seems to be permenently silenced. I have rested for days, and its not wearing off. Is there anything to do short of killing her and taking her to be resurrected? Or would that even work? Is there something I could enter into the console to remove this state?

It's a bug that is being addressed. Your best bet is to download the Co8 patch, if you haven't yet. Check my link in this thread for a link to the latest patch.
