At the end of the society for preservation of professors, after talking to LaCroix, you can talk with beckett and if you persuade him to tell more about himself you'll be awarded a point of experience... not much, but better than nothing

And, if you are a Gangrel, if you have a discipline that's under 4(or 3), you can get a bit of training. May require that you mentioned shapeshifting on your first encounter.

If you have lockpicking >= 7 and perception <= 2, you can get inspection +1(which is a bug, inspection can't be raised. It should be investigation).

If you have scholarship >= 5, you can get scholarship +1(another bug, you can't raise scholarhip 5).
