Ok - I'm playing this as a good guy.
I get to to the point where I get summoned to the bar full of chemicals by the exchange and have to leave the ship on my own (note: I might have screwed up and saved the game AFTER I left on my own, so I can't get out of that mode). Atton chases after me, I run into the red-headed bounty hunter at the docks and it then cuts to the bar where Atton has a run-in with the dancing assassins. I keep getting clobbered in that fight. Any suggestions would be much appreciated (especially since I have to go through numerous cut scenes every time I try). Thanks.

I had a lot of trouble on this fight aswell.
After losing a few fights, I equipped a melee weapon and he kicked their ass, and he wasnt trained in close combat. But if you're already using a melee weapon..throw some grenades?

Actually - I got through it. Lots of guns, lots of grenades, lots of shields, and some very strange luck. During one of my failed attempts I discovered that if you run to the far side of the room to the corner, there's a wall that sticks out and will block out the attackers. It gave me a chance to heal and set a poison mine. Then, when I stepped out and they charged in, they set off the mine and I ran back out to the middle of the room. For some strange reason only one pursued - so after I killed her I went back and killed the other still in the corner and then hit SAVE.
