ctd in Mournhold

I got the most weird reason for a ctd playing Tribunal.
I have finished alll but the last Quest in main and did some side-quest. I took the Theatre-job in the Great Bazaar. I am standing behind the scene with the Quest-giver. If i go through the door onto the stage and approach the Khajit in the audience, i ctd every time i get near. If i on the other hand just just circle around the stage and not going through the door, nothing happens.
Anyone else had that problem with a single npc causing ctd's? And maybe have a solution for it.
