Rethan Manor

I bought the Rethan Manor Land Deed a while ago and went searching for it but never found it. I forgot about it untill I discovered the land deed in my stash. I decided that I wanted to check it out so I typed in 'coc Rethan Manor' (I'm using the computer version w/ both expansions). I was teleported to Rethan manor, but when I exited it I was on the Odei Plateau but there was no building in sight!

So, where exactly IS rethan manor?

Well.. you *do* need to go through the steps of having it built....
It is however on the Odai Plateau.

It's not a bad little house, but to be honest it's not that great either.

If you haven't already, why not just download one of the many house mods out there? Several are listed in the mod sticky thread.
