Where is B4-D4!?!?!?

Ok I've checked back through all of my messages and never does anybody actually tell me where to pick up b4-d4. Can anybody help me out please?

B-4D4 is the protocol droid at the entrance to the Czerka Corporation offices on Citadel Station.

Still don't understand exactly why HK-50 toasted C1(?) and not T3. It still seems to me that HK-50 set the whole thing up for you to escape, but I can't prove it. I'm still early in the game though (just left Telos), so maybe it's covered later...

good points. Maybe, because you do see a very short video clip of him right at the beginning.
