Need help for nosferatu warrens!

I am on the second level of the warrens in the rotating blade chamber. I climbed up the ladder to the left bank. Now how do I get to the next chamber on the other side? It won't let me either climb up or jump over the water. Am I doing something wrong?

You should be able to jump the water channel crawl through the tunnel after defeating the baddie occupying it and then jump the channel to the side where the barrels are. I did in third person after having jumping problems in first person.

Do you mean the room after killing the first spider creature? If so, grab all the barrels to the right of where you need to go and throw them in the chasm. Then just walk along the ledge until you get to the grate.

Third person worked great for me.

After u climbed the ladder jump to other side.Crouch through the pipe.after defeating some tzimisce summonings jump again and u would see barrels.Hold barrels and throw one of them to channel to stop the rotating blades.when it stops jump on the blades and crouch through the pipe u see above it.
