Stuck in sammies lair

i started fighting the goons that samuel send clicked wrong went down the stairs ..went back up no goons but one left..no prob but they took the keys with them into limbo..and yes i'm one of these fools who forgets to save a lot
last save at the cooks place (@#$%%^&

) but anyway anybody know what to do?? (exept for going al the way back??)

ok ok istarted again i just thought maybe someone had the same thing happening to them(possible bug?)

sure, had my deathnight go out of bounds and could not bring him back, tried a lot of things , but found out that if you went to the battlefields or down stairs or upstairs this would fix this problem without reviewing savegames. hope i helped dame baby.
