unlimited experience and unseeing eye

I did the unlimited experience trick as was explained in the strategy guide.

i talked to Gaal instead of to the fellow ("the eye is blind") I got about 6 times 75000 experience.

After that ghaal turns hostile and so does everybody in the room. The Unseeing eye comes up and I kill him too. (All is pretty easy by the way...not so difficult as the story of the rod predicts)

But now i can't reach the lower levels, because i didn't speak to the eye is blind fellow. Is there still a way to do this and to get the experience, loot and very important; the other piece of the rod (so i can do the second unlimited experience trick with the deseased one)? Or is the quest for me now finished.

If so, is the loot/story/experience worth more then the 5/6 times 75000 exp i got from taking the path of telling gaal i have the first piece of the rod?

unseeing eye finished

I finished the unseeing eye quest

(loaded a previous game, talked to the guy that led my downstairs and did everything right)

So the above question is no longer relevant....but I have another question:

As i finished the unseeing eye quest, I wanted to collect my reward at the temple of lathandar (dawn?) Everything was settled and he gave me some stuf and exp, but the guy didn't gave me the option to become a cleric of lathandar as is mentioned in the strategy quest.( i am a fighter/cleric multiclass character) When i talk to him agian he sais it's a pity i didn't want to become a member, but i'm pretty sure that is something i haven't decided upon.

Also the other temples do not give me the choice to become on of them. I think i'm missing on some nice quests, does anybody know what i've done wrong? and how to fix it?

Did you accept the fighter stronghold (Nalia's keep)? Unless you have certain mods installed, you are limited to one stronghold per game.

i was afraid it was this, but hoped that multi-class also had multi-personal quests.

I am already the governor of d'arnise keep. But upto now I haven't had any quests....I don't even know where i can find my 500 euros (up to now it must already be about 1500.)

About once a week (game time) you'll see "Gold has been placed in your keep" appear over your character's head. Waiting for that is a good way to know when the next quest (well, decision to make) has become available too.

The money is placed in the library on the south side of the 2nd floor, in the northmost bookcase in that room.

Talk to the major domo in the main room of the 1st floor in order to "govern" Nalia's keep. Again, you should get a new decision to make about as often as gold gets placed in your keep.

The gold you get is a paltry amount anyways... as for quest xp bugs like that... yes there are quite a few places in the game where you can do this. A couple which give infinite xp if you choose to exploit them.

I've found the gold

(i added 1000 to my 35000 bank account)

The Major Domo replies that he has nothing for me to do....

I initiate dialogue, but he gives me nothing to decide upon....the other people don't seem anything interesting to say as well.

Am i doint something wron, or should i just wait longer?
